Returns and Refunds Policy

KYS Infotech is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with purchases made through our online IT store. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below for eligibility and guidelines.

Returns Eligibility

Damaged Product (Visible Damage/Tampering): No returns accepted. Reject delivery and inform us immediately for a replacement.
Damaged Product (No Visible Damage/Tampering): Returns allowed with approval. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Defective Product: No returns accepted. Contact the brand’s support or nearest service center for troubleshooting or replacement.
Wrong/Altered Product, Empty Package, or Missing Accessories: Returns allowed with approval. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Rejections: No refunds for refused COD deliveries. Prepaid amounts are non-refunded to cover shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Products deemed “no longer needed,” “inadequate performance,” or “incompatible/not useful.”
Damage due to improper installation or wear and tear.
Pre-order, back-order, special-order, offer, or bulk quantity products.
Opened consumables (e.g., CDs, DVDs, ink cartridges, batteries, bulbs).

Returns Guidelines

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via the “Contact Us” link.
Provide video evidence (unpacking/360-degree view) for empty package or missing items claims.
Submit 7-8 images of the product, packaging (inner/outer), and shipment label when requesting a return or replacement.
Products must be unused, unopened, and include all original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
Contact us if a refund is not received within 10 business days of approval.
