Returns Policy

Damaged Product (Visible Damage or Tampering to Outer Packaging)
- No Returns Accepted: Customers must reject the delivery and return the package to the courier without opening it. Please inform us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
Damaged Product (No Visible Damage or Tampering to Outer Packaging)
- Return Allowed (Post-Approval): Contact our customer care team within 48 hours of product delivery to initiate a return.
Defective Product
- No Returns Accepted: Contact the brand’s support team via phone or email to troubleshoot the issue or visit the nearest service center for a replacement.
Wrong, Altered, Empty, or Missing Accessories
- Return Allowed (Post-Approval): Contact our customer care team within 48 hours of product delivery to report the issue.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Rejected
- No Refunds: If a customer refuses to accept a COD package at the time of delivery, the prepayment amount will not be refunded, as it will be used to cover forward and return shipping costs.
Ineligible Returns
Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Product is “no longer needed,” “performance not adequate,” or “incompatible/not useful for intended purpose.”
- Wear and tear or damage due to improper installation.
- Products labeled as “Pre-Order,” “Back-Order,” “Special-Order,” “Offer,” or “Bulk Quantity” are non-returnable.
- Opened consumable items (e.g., CDs, DVDs, ink cartridges, batteries, films, tapes, paper, bulbs, etc.).
Return Guidelines
- Notify us within 48 hours of product delivery.
- For issues like empty packages, missing quantities, or accessories, provide video evidence (unpacking and 360-degree view) to the care team.
- Submit 7-8 images of the complete product, packaging (outer and inner), and shipment label when raising a return or replacement request.
- All products must be in new, unopened condition with original packaging, tags, inbox literature, warranty/guarantee card, freebies, and accessories.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy & Timelines
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
- If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us for assistance.
