7. Store Pick-Up

Collect products within 48 hours of invoice with valid ID. Non-collection may lead to cancellation. Returns/replacements follow our Refund Policy, with restrictions on certain products.

8. Home Delivery Returns

Returns for damaged/defective products are accepted within 15 days. Contact Customer Care for replacements or refunds. Products must be returned with all accessories.

9. Payment

Use valid payment methods. You are responsible for accurate details and costs from errors. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud. Pay-on-delivery has limits and fees.

10. Cancellation

Cancel before dispatch via Customer Care. We may cancel orders with errors or fraud.

11. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method, subject to bank timelines. EMI refunds depend on bank terms.

12. Delivery

We aim to ship within 7 days, subject to availability. Deliveries may involve partners, and installation charges apply.

13. Warranty

Products are “as is” with manufacturer warranties only. We are not liable for content accuracy or website access issues.
